ABOUT US

Lawyer Henrik Baark, born 1975, is a member of the Chamber of Lawyers Hamburg. As the responsible legal advisor of a German airline/air carrier he gained deep insights of mechanisms and functionalities within the air transport industry. He also worked for the law department of a leading German shipping company where he was able to round off his expertise with his particular focus on the transportation industry. Moreover he has been responsible for the legal implementation of certain projects, e.g. sale & leaseback transactions of Airbus aircrafts.

Currently he is closely linked the to civil aviation industry through his activity as a Qualitymanager for a German airline and also being an IOSA (IATA Operational safety Assessment) auditor. He imparts his experience in exclusive trainings to those interested. The law office Baark works together closely with cooperation partners in a network.
