German Aviation tax or Air Traffic Tax

Our law office is working as tax representative for airlines. For our clients we act as bridge to the responsible Central Customs Office and declare the air traffic tax on a monthly basis. Therefore we develop individual structures in compliance with legal requirements of the air traffic tax law (LuftVStG) customized for our clients.
